History
The Association de Lutte Contre le Sida (ALCS) was established in 1988 by Professor Hakima Himmich in Morocco. It is a non-governmental organization recognized as a public utility since 1993. The headquarters of ALCS is located in Casablanca, Morocco. The organization is a founding member of Coalition PLUS, an international union of associations fighting against HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis.
Mission and Goals
ALCS exists to support individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis. The organization aims to prevent the spread of these infections, advocate for the rights of those living with these conditions, and provide comprehensive support to improve their quality of life.
