Founded in 2012, the Asociación Española de Esofagitis Eosinofílica (AEDESEO) was established as the first organization in Spain and Europe dedicated to supporting individuals with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). Initially headquartered in Toledo, the association later moved to Madrid. AEDESEO operates as a non-profit organization, focusing on advocacy, support, and education for those affected by EoE.
